Production reporting that arrives a day late is a report about a problem you can no longer fix. This system replaced hand-compiled, after-the-fact reporting with live signals — built as one of the SaaS platforms I architected as Tech Lead at Hours Media.
Real-time, on the floor
The system tracks production as it runs and surfaces deviation when it starts, not the next morning: automated bottleneck detection across the line and predictive analytics that flag where output is trending before it becomes a shortfall. Operational and management teams work from the same live picture.
Architected to operate
I owned the architecture end to end — Django and FastAPI services on PostgreSQL with Redis powering the real-time layer — and the data model and analytics that turn a stream of floor events into decisions teams can act on in the moment.
